Product Line
Preiser, an ISO Certified Company, is a full-line national
and international distributor of over 100,000 products for laboratory
use from
more than 2,000 worldwide vendors. Preiser is also a manufacturer of
specialty
testing products for coal, minerals, and water testing laboratories.
Finding
an Item
We make it easy to
find items. You can search by Preiser or Manufacturer’s
catalog number or by product
description. The ADVANCED SEARCH function allows for more defined
selection.

Prices,
Quotations
Our general laboratory use products are competitively priced
and many items are available in each, package and case quantities. Our site does not include
pricing, all items
are marked as “Price By Quote Only.” Items that are
selected and added to the
Shopping Cart are then sent to Preiser for a quote. We will respond
promptly,
usually within 24 hours.
PFAST
Order Program
Our PFAST Ordering System allows us to streamline your purchasing
by listing those items you may particularly use in your laboratory.
Once your
PFAST List is prepared and contains many of the items normally ordered,
you
simply select the items desired to be purchased from a list, key-in
your
quantities and the selection will be added to the Shopping Cart.
Additional
items can be added to the PFAST List at any time. Just telephone us for
information as to how you may enroll in this program.
Special
Stock Program
No need for you to maintain a large inventory, especially of
hazardous chemicals, as we have programs that will maintain Reserved or
Consigned Inventory just for you at no charge. You may release any of
these items
through the Internet, telephone, or e-mail as you may require them and
only be
charged for such at the time of shipment. Telephone us for details.
We will
accept blanket and repetitive
orders from your
company which makes it easy to order routine requirements. Our PFAST
Order
System may additionally simplify your ordering procedure. Your
purchasing
department will specify the terms of your product release program. We
accept
company credit card of choice and will be pleased to discuss any
special terms
with you.
Payment
Terms
Our terms are net 30 days for customers in the U.S after
credit has been approved. Payment by customers abroad may be made
through
confirmed irrevocable letter of credit on a US bank or as otherwise
agreed. VISA,
MasterCard and American Express credit cards and Electronic Funds
Transfer
(EFT) are also accepted
Damage
Claims
Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. If external
damage is evident or internal damage is suspected, then note the damage
on all
copies of the delivery receipt before accepting the shipment from the
carrier's
driver. Save the damaged product and all cartons and packing material.
It is
your responsibility to immediately request that the carrier make an
inspection.
Contact our Customer Service Department at 800-624-8285 informing them
of the
damage with all relevant information concerning your order. If you
discover
concealed damage, then please request a carrier inspection within 15
days of
delivery and then notify our Customer Service Department immediately.
Returns
We accept returns of
items within 30 days of receipt. Just telephone our
Customer
Service Department at 800-624-8285 and obtain a Customer Return Goods
Authorization Number with an explanation why the return is being made.
Such
products should be returned in the original container along with such
other
appropriate items as instruction manuals, warranty cards, accessory
products
supplied with the product, etc. Return items freight collect.
Restocking
charges may be applicable depending on circumstances relating to
return. Items
must in like-new condition. Chemicals are not acceptable for return.
Service
Center
We maintain an instrument service center
that is an
important part of our sales and marketing activities. Simply telephone
our
Customer Service Department at 800-624-8285 for a Customer Return Goods
Number
and describe the problem. Then return your product to be repaired by
prepaid
freight with a confirmed written description of the problem. Laboratory
equipment may be quoted on an installed basis upon request.

and
relationship with us will always be protected. The information we
collect about
your account is directed towards servicing you to the best of our
ability. We do not
share your information with others.
