Model 201XL-1 has a capacity of 1000 pounds of coal per hour using a 3/16" diameter perforated screen plate; 500 pounds using a 1/16" diameter screen. It is recommended for crushing 2-inch and smaller material.

Features

  • The covered feed hopper has a capacity of 0.40 cubic feet (20 pounds) and a manual-feed control gate.
  • The cast ductile iron crusher housings are hinged and latched for quick access.
  • Stressing safety in operation, its open latch sensor cuts power to the motor.
  • The rotor-swing hammers are heat-treated and hardened.
  • Rotor assemblies are reversible (end-for-end) for maximum hammer life.
  • Screen plates have round-hole perforations. Available perforation diameters are (in inches) 1/16, 3/32, 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2.
  • The container is sealed to the discharge spout while crushing.
  • The Nema-12 magnetic starter provides a 120-volt control circuit and overload protection for the 2 HP, TEFC, 200V, 3 phase, 60Hz motor.
  • The rotor speed is about 3450 rpm

  • The crusher is mounted on four 2 1/2-inch diameter casters.
  • Wired to NEC standards. Other wiring configurations are available.

  • About 10 feet of cable to connect to the power source.
